They are Fish Need It Brand. Check out the site at www.fishneedit.com. Basic fixtures that are a nice low cost option for growing coral. We have some of the two bulb 48" ones on our invert system and on the invert system fuge and a 48" 4 bulb one on the mega reef tank fuge.

I have heard alot of good about this brand, and very little bad. I do not have any first hand experiance though.
