General Admission:
$5 per person general admission

Vendor Table Price:
$25 per full table
$15 per half table (as of right now, some half tables may be a shared "round table")

Setup restictions:
Max water volume per table: 30 gallons (or 15 gallons per half table)
Maximum power per table: 300 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 200 watts lighting)
Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety hazard.
Bring your own extension cords. All cords must be clear of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping.

Cash Bar will be available, including concessions/food.

We are also planning to put together some sort of raffle event as well. Vendors are encouraged to donate an item to the raffle.

no pictures yet. plan on fragging next week but some ideas of what i will be bringing are some rastas, blue hornets, deepwater zoos, some blue/green stags, mohawks, tyree neon green toadstools, possibly some mini nano gbta's, whammin watermellons, blue anthellia, and a few others. i want to target the value shoppers and keep all of my frags under $25 for those on a tight budget you can get lower polyp counts still at a great price and still have money for other things at the swap because you didn't spend $60 on one piece. just waiting on my LEDS to come in and i will start fragging everything up.

Their is a lot of trading that goes on as well, presales are advised in some circumstances to assure a particular piece will be available when you get there. Their will be plenty to purchase that is not presold but it does make the swap easier for some to get the selling/trading done to open up time for browsing/raffles and talking reefs with friends. Their will be plenty of eye candy/sweet corals for reefers to purchase the day of the swap.

my frag tank is only 5.5g and i have way more coral to fill it so if i do presales i can prepack them the day of the swap and have more room at the swap to fill the frag tank with frags. example say it holds 50 frags and i got 70 total, if i presale 20 of them then i can fit together all of the frags i am trying to sell/trade in the tank on the day of the swap and the 20 will be bagged up and ready for pick up when people get there.

its just eye candy for people to reserve frags especially if you cant get there till lets say 2pm and it starts at 1230, the frags you want might be hone by then so if you buy it on presale it guarantees you that frag.

plus it gives you time to chat with friends and be part of the raffle etc like the person said above.

I usually stop doing more presales when about 1/4-1/2 of my frags are booked...doing so makes my trip worthwhile and give me a sense of what to bring too. While individual pieces may be booked in advance, I always bring a lot of stuff that I don't post or even take preorders on plus some frags of what I have posted if they are not booked. That way it works for both the folks who want to get their shopping done or have very specific wants as well as those that just want to come home with some awesome frags.

There will be tons of unreserved frags at the swap, probably in the thousands of individual pieces if it's like last year. And these days its a buyers market :)

Fragswapper isnt used alot in michigan, but the annarbor/CR swap has been trying to utilize it, as we both see that alot of Ohio reefers use it.

Me, and jim both are still trying to figure fragswapper all out. Last year, I couldnt even get the swap listed, but this year jim did. Maybe in the near future, fragswapper.com will be used alot more. Still trying to get it all figured out.

Mainly we (in michigan) use reefer forums to advertise, and being a captive reefs swap, this site id the best spot to get info on the swap.

I am sure when we get used to using fragswapper.com, it will be fully integrated in our swaps though. With this being our first real year on fragswapper though, its a bit hit or miss. We are definitly trying though!

We are much further than last year, as far as fragswapper.com goes! Great spot, just needs figureing out still.

Blue Edge Monti This is not my pic but I didn't want to shut my pumps off. The blue is a nice baby blue edge (mine are in the bottom part of my tank, they get more intense in higher light). Again, $10 to clear out my frag rack. About 1/2" mounted on plugs.
