problems with the 12" and 18" UVL T5's

Does anyone else have the 12" or 18" UVL T5's? I've had three 18"s go out and on 12" since they have been out, like July I guess it was. As a small cube owner I was excited to hear the smaller size. Any other owners out there?

Hmm. That's odd. What colors were they? Just want to get some information to see if there is a trend. We haven't had too many failures with the bulbs, but they could be limited to certain colors. If it is a trend, we need to get this info to UVL so it doesn't happen again. Call the shop too. We should be able to get you replacement bulbs. Hopefully this is just a fluke.

2 of the 18s are ActinicWhite and now an Indigo Sun, I think the 12 was almost out and I switched it when I got the Indigo. Definately going VHO with a WH7 soon. Right now I have 7 18"s running at 100 watts. I thought I emailed long ago about the second White, guess I'll email again with 2. Hope they'll replace them.
