Tables are now available for reservation. They are going fast so please don't wait, we squeezed a few more tables in the hall this year and once they are all reserved, we won't have room for more.

Here is the link to reserve your table (http://www.captivereefs.com/forum/proshop.php).

Vendors will be able to setup on Saturday 1/29, the night before the swap, starting at 6:30 pm. If you will be arriving after 8:30 pm, you need to let me know or we may be gone already for the night.

Vendor setup on Sunday 1/30, the day of the swap, will start at 9:00 am. The swap doors open to the public at noon. The swap goes until 4:30 pm. Vendors should be plan to be out of the hall by 6:00 pm on Sunday.

Alll vendors need to be aware of the hall restrictions:

- Max water volume per table: 30 gallons (or 15 gallons per half table)
- Maximum power per table: 300 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 200 watts lighting)
- Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety hazard.
- Bring your own extension cords. All cords must be clear of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping.

These will restrictions will be enforced...we found out last year that the hall has limitations on how much power can be used. Don't show up with 500 watts of lighting and a 1000 watts of heater and expect that you will be able to operate....you will be unplugged with no refund.

Do you have a layout of who is where and what locations are still available?

If you click on the table reservation link (http://www.captivereefs.com/forum/proshop.php), then click on full or half tables you can see what tables are available and who has what table. This info is available under the "Options-->Select Table" drop down menu for each table type (i.e., full or half).

Eventually I will post an update to the map itself.

9 full tables left. There are also a couple sets of half tables that could be purchased as a group. But if you want to be assured of a table, don't delay.

The table map has been updated. If you are planning to get a table at the swap. I recommend getting one now before they are gone.

Keep in mind that while I am trying to honor all requests, there may be some adjustments to the final layout based on our tables needs as we are filing in the remainder of the vendors.

2 fulls and 6 half tables remaining. If the fulls sell, I will convert a couple halfs until everything is gone.

Once the layout fills, that's it guys....don't delay. The layout is up to date...you may need to hold shift+click refresh to see the latest version.

1 full table left. If there are still a few half tables next to each other as well that can be converted to full tables.

Also, we will be able to get into the hall for setup on Saturday night. Vendors may arrive beginning at 6:30 pm. Club members interested in helping with setup, we should be able to get into the hall sometime between 5 and 6 pm to get the table arrangement set. Vendors cannot setup until we have the tables arranged.

Setting up the night before is recommend for vendors so that you water can be warmed and livestock can get settled before the swap. If there is any interest, I can make some hotel suggestions for out of towners.

Don't not show up at the swap with ice cold water and 1000 watts of heaters. If you are over the 300 watt power limit (includes lights, pumps, etc.), you will be asked to unplug. The hall's electrical system cannot support everyone using that much power.

I also discussed delivering warm saltwater to the swap with Preuss Pets for the morning of the swap. If there is any interest in this, post here how much you need. The cost is $1.00 per gallon...typically they use Tropic Marin salt mix. (I haven't worked out payment arrangements as of yet...)

Table map is updated. One full table and four half tables w/o power still available.

Only three 1/2 tables w/o power remaining. They are next to each other so if someone needs more than a 1/2, you better get them while they are there.
