its a thick filter pad i got works great and is re use able cost 24 buck for a 2 X 24 sheet and the one in the live rock is differnt just in there till i get the dirt and sand out

My oldest fish in the 2 blue chromes first fish added next would be the Mandarin i waited 6 + months before i added him other fish i had got to big had to sell . pod wise only thing i do to keep the pods fresh is swap out sump rock from my main 2 systems every few months he wont eat other foods

Well I finale got an angel for my reef tank a very small juv queen angel . She is on my sump and will be moved to the new 100 gallon sump soon as it come in at tractor supply
