I was wondering if the little worm and other critters crawling over my rocks are good or bad for my tank????

most likely the worms are bristle worms, they are one of the best cleaners in your tank. and the other critters are probably pods. these are good to have they are good cleaners and very good food for the fish. so yes you want to have these little guys scurrying around your tank.
