I'm looking at a 25x25x30 tank how many led's would be good for this size tank?

That will depend on what you plan on keeping in your tank. What is your plan for stocking it?

that deep i would probably go with 48 leds for sps. just softies you can get by with 24-36.

A 6x6 array (36 LEDs) on 2" centers will be more than enough light for that tank. Lens angle will depend on how high you plan on mounting the setup over the tank, but at the widest, 60 degrees.

Just want to be able to put anything I want in it. They also have some that are 24, 26 deep.

if you get a 24 deep you could wing it with sps at mid way to the top with 24 leds, or places anywhere for 36 leds. personally i would do the 36 LEDS if you ever decide to upgrade in the next 5-6 years you will have a bigger fixture already ready to go

The 24 deep is 65g which led's would you guy's recommend? And would it be big enough for some yellow tang?

I have a 24x24x24 setup right now and I have a yellow tang, however, he is a baby. If you decide to get one plan on upgrading to a bigger setup down the road. He will outgrow that tank and will need more swimming room as he matures. Just my two cents though.
