from the research I have done they are basically just a DI filter and not much more I would not recommend them to replace your other key equipment

These have been around for a loooong time. I am thinking, if they worked, they would be pretty popular.
Do I smell snake oil? possibly.
Pretty sure chemipure elite does the same things as this will.

Also here is a dissection of the unit.
Nothing but a piece of PVC, a bunch of cheap magnets electrical taped to a rubber interior hose.

Snake Oil, plain and simple.
They sell the same thing for your cans fuel line and claim it gets better gas mileage and also for your body to cure arthritis. Do your homework and you will find its a way for the vendor to make a ton of money off gullible people who are then too embarased to return it for a refund, they count on that just like all the people who forget to mail in rebates.

Just hangin' around on all the various forums.
I forgot, they also promote the same thing to reduce chlorine consumption in your swimming pool.
We need to liven things up around here! What can we do to attract some members and get some discussions flowing?
