Torch Coral

Well I got bit buy the impulse bug last night at the LFS I was in last night. I bought a really nice torch coral. If you have one do you target feed, and if so what? I seen a lot of general talk but would like to get a little more specific. thanks

I have never feed mine and had it for over a year
its down low in the sand.
I do feed the entire tank one time a week it may get a little but haven't noticed it looking like it is even interested

good pic. at first glance looks like a long tent plate. But that is pretty. make sure to give hime some space. the sweeper they have contain a potent nematocysts. also keep an eye on your hermits. they are known to sometimes damage torch corals by walking on them. I actually spot feed the one I have and he loves pieces of shiner and Krill.

That is a pretty specimen Flame. Now where in Oklahoma did ya find him? Maybe he has a brother or sister that needs "rescuing"! :lol: :rescuebug:

Reef Creations in Tulsa. He was just in the display tank. I ask for a price and walked out with it. Not sure who was more supprised. LOL. I know that was the only one in the store but I will see if they can get another one in and how much. He shippses livestock so it may be possible.
