#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I have some kind of Snail or Slug that came in on some live rock. I have pulled two out already, and have at least two more. They look like snails of some type, but the shell area is soft.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#IMG style="WIDTH: 386px; HEIGHT: 246px" height=593 src="http://home.comcast.net/~rharman8677/photos/slug1.jpg" width=890#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Here is one coming out of a hole in the rock, behind the feather duster.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#IMG style="WIDTH: 384px; HEIGHT: 236px" height=593 src="http://home.comcast.net/~rharman8677/photos/slug2.jpg" width=890#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Here is another on the side of a rock.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#What are they? Should I pull them, or are they harmless cleanup crew?#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#IMG style="WIDTH: 379px; HEIGHT: 219px" height=593 src="http://home.comcast.net/~rharman8677/photos/gramma.jpg" width=890#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Okay, so I know what this is, but I just wanted to share the photo.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Robert#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

How did these slugs show up in your tank? Were they hitchhikers? I haven't seen not even one of them. Our 180G tank doesn't need them, but I could use a few in my soon to be pony tank. The openings that you have to work with on those tanks are only about a foot wide on each side, so you have to have talented arms. I have a ton of designing to do in there, and then I can get my Sea Horses. I can't wait!

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#They came in on some live rock we bought at a local pet store. We were told someone had taken down their tank, and had just brougt the rock in that day. we got some wonderful peices that were already covered in coraline algea. #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Several small feather dusters (See first picture), One green button polyp, a colony of 6 yellow sand polyps, at least 4 of the slugs (two of which are down the drain), and who knows what else.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Robert#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

Well I want some to show up in our tank, but if Dakar and I go LFS hopping, it totally wipes out our checkbook and doesn't get the bills paid that way either! Hmmmm...I'llhave to look for one in one of tour LFS's! We like hard working critters that are workers! :) :angel5:
