GHA and lighting

Which lights the 10,000k or the Actinic blue would cause green hair
algae growth?
I only have the GHA growing along the front portion of the tank, not in
the back...
My light has the actinic in the back and the 10,000k in the front.
Also the bulbs are 10 months old.
