Lockout is over! 2nd Annual Fantasy Football

2nd Annual Fantasy Football is close to being under way.
A few things.

Deadline: Must be signed up for the league by August 31st
Draft: The draft will be held online, sunday night, 8 pm Eastern Standard, September 4th. It will be a live draft, if you are unable to do the draft it will auto pick for you, there are no do overs.
Regular Season:Begins September 8th
Scoring:TBA
Rules:Really are none. But please please play and keep up with your team every week, you might not care if you win but you getting crushed because you didn't play does effect other teams.
The winner:After a certain amount of weeks there will be a playoff of a certain amount of teams TBA, than a championship game and the winner of that will get the gift certificate.

Post here if your interested, please it will make it a lot easier to send out invites to the league. The order people are posting, will get invites. League will probably be capped at 12 teams.

its gonna be on ESPN... go to espn.com and sign up with a user name.

the league begins when the regular season begins which is sept. 8th.
i haven't set the league up yet because we still dont have enough people for a complete league.
we need ATLEAST 1 more for 10 teams.. i would have liked 12 but i dont think its gonna happen.

I will give it till the weekend to hopefully get a few more people, if we dont ill set the league up for 10 teams, there is no changing it.

I want you to all understand that once the league is created if an even number of teams have NOT signed up by draft date, we can not have the draft so please when i send you a PM with the league invite, sign up and make note of the draft date

Please note that the draft is going to be online through ESPN, you sign into espn and make your way to our fantasy league. There should be a button or something that says enter draft. Make sure you have a good internet connection. There are NOOOOO do overs. If you are unable to make it your team will be autodrafted.... Edit : I looked back att the first post and it definitely says Sunday the 4 th at 8pm

Double edit : great I got crap too, but I read through all the posts and found where it was changed to the 3rd. Must have missed that post. Oh well it is what it is.

i sent out a league email a couple days ago reminding everyone that when the draft was going to be, when you logged into our league it told you when the draft was, when you got the invite to the league it told you when the draft was. I did the best i could to remind people.....yea i changed it from when originally planned but i did my best to remind people when it actually was.

Bet if the time wouldn't have been changed and/or updated in the original post, instead of being buried in the middle of the thread, I would have been live, and drafted the way I wanted. I 100% planned on doing the live, so I didn't prerank. Thanks for your concern though.

sorry an update has taken awhile i finally got a full time job dealing with computers and its really the last thing i wanna be on when i get home.

we are in the championship game right now. not to sure why it broke it down to 2 weeks of a playoff match up.

so after the first week we have

The Ruggers (DJ palmer) wish i could help you out with more on who this is
and Larry Lamoreaux playing for the win.

the standings are

The Ruggers - 119 points
Larry - 104 points

there is another week to play for them so the winner will be decided next week

Im still learning how to set up a league and make it work properly, next year im gonna do my best to make sure all the kinks are worked out. Sorry to anyone who didn't make it to the playoffs because of settings errors made by myself. Take it for what its worth i didn't make it to the champ game lol.

its not over yet larry, you have one more week of play comming this weeekend.

I still dunno why it did 2 weeks for each playoff round. So make sure you change ur players around.
