#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I was thinking of adding a couple of urchins to my 480 reef. However,I have been reading that some triggerfish may pick at their spines and even flip and eat them. I have a crosshatch trigger (one of the very few considered reef safe) and he does great. Never has bothered my blood or cleaner shrimp, snails, crabs, or any corals at all. I do ahve to be careful when adding a new invert, ahve to let them go down in the rocks or he thinks it is just food tossed in the water.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Would it be safe to add a couple of urchins with thes Crosshatch? Anyone had any experience with them? #ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#THX#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#John#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

I would think if the cross hatch is good with shrimp and other inverts he would be fine with an urchin. by the way cross hatch triggers are awesome. you got a pic of him?????

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#I may have a pic at home, he never sits still and is hard to catch though. He is still young, and has not developed his fullcolors yet. I've had him since Jan and he is about 8" long at this point. I'll try to load a pic tonight if I can figure out how :)#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#
