FRAG Meeting Oct 15

We will be having our Oct Meeting next Saturday at 7pm at Reef Paradise in Flint. I spoke with Andy yesterday and things are all set. This meeting we will be discussing the future of the club, where we want to go, ie next years swap, growouts, equipment sales (like a big yard sale) and nominations for club officers. We will be voting at the Nov meeting. If you are new or wanting to join the club please feel free to come out and meet a great group of people. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

From what i understand the dues arent much more than the going cost of an aptasia! Hahaha

Raffles would be cool and make some cheese. Anyone who wants, donates a frag of something and winner gets choice.

One week from today and we'll be having our meeting. Everyone needs to bring some single bills (or more lol) as some of us are donating frags for a raffle. There will be some nice pieces for sure!

Remember this is open to anyone interested in coming, not just members. If you're new to the hobby, live in the area and want to check things out, stop by RP at 7pm next Sat

Well some of us are going to be bringing frags and donating them to the club. We will sell raffle tickets at the meeting, the winner picks their frag. Basically like a swap raffle.

it dont matter really if you bring anything for the raffle, its just going to be a small one to help bring the group little more money :fish2:

Dont worry about bringing anything at this point, let your stuff grow out. Dont feel obligated (or anyone else) to donate frags for the raffle but there are a lot of us with lots of goodies in our tank that we dont mind sharing. Your attendance is appreciated with or without frags and I'm sure you'll end up leaving happy again.

Couple items that i will be donating to the raffle will be a 2 polyp frag of Candy Apple Reds, and a 2 polyp frag of captain americas

So make sure to get lots of tickets for a good chance to take them home :)

If you look at the very first post of this thread i listed what would be covered. I have been in contact w jim (fishdad) Daly (Daddybiggs) john (pure rebel) all via phone and they are coming. Possibly Barry and backdraft (old frag members) and not sure about the rest, andrew nor rick have chimed in so not sure if they're going to be there or not

I can give you some more dry rock. Then you can bust it up. Its in the shed.
