So i'd like some input on this enclosure design from all of you....Am trying to find a way to enclose everything in one unit to justify the $70 cost of an aluminum 2U rack-mount or try a cheaper plastic China made one for $63 which has air-flow holes through-out...So take a look and gimmie input please....maybe later i'll add a 3.2" TFT instead of the GLCD.Hopefully by this weekend i'll have a total cost on this project of mine. Not sure if I would want to do meanwells or go with the CAT4101 drivers.

Looks sweet.

Are CAT4101 drivers similar (or the same) as the Thomas Research/Inventronic drivers? Also what about switching the LED dimmers to linear pots?

Thanks Tom,

The Cat4101 Drivers can run 6-7 LEDs per driver at 1000mA, the pots on the enclosure will actually be connected to the RSET of the driver allowing you to adjust the current to what ever you like....750mA, 700mA, and so forth. The driver your talking about requires a 0-10v PWM signal for dimming where as the Cat's use 0-5v like buck drivers do so you can just wire it in from the arduino directly.

Tom,

Thanks for mentioning those drivers....they will actually keep the weight down as well as cost down compared to the 24v PS and 2 Cat4101 driver boards.I totally forgot about them...plus they will drive up to 15 Leds per driver.
