treating a main tank was probably a recipe for disaster to begin with, why exactly did you treat your whole tank with prazipro?

so your suspecting your pH has fluctuated in some way? have you tested for anything? what are your parameters, tank size, types of livestock etc...

well your nitrates are a little on the high side, your pH could be lowered but isnt bad. Im not exactly sure why you think your tank is crashing? are you just overreacting? how does ones tank act like its going to crash. are your fish acting funny?

Same question as red, what makes you think its crashing?
i dont think prazipro has anything in it that can effect ph, its probably just dosing the prazipro period that had an adverse effect on your tank.
again though i ask what kinda signs are you seeing that you think its crashing?
the nitrates are a bit high but not to be of a concern to your fish .

Are you dosing alk? That seems kind of high. You have sps or chalices? Again that just seems really high....

Prazi pro will lower your ph. I've dosed it a couple times to clear up a fluke infestation. It had no ill effects on my reef.

Yeah the fish were acting funny, they were all laying on the bottom with one fish already dead, it was a simply answer i was looking for which was yes or no on the pazi causing the PH to drop

I agree.Another thing to consider in the future is it's best to treat and isolate species with issue's.Also when treating a complete system I always do it verrrry slooowly and only use at most half of what they recomend and then test and observe befor doaseing the rest.If you really are convinced that your haveing an issue due to treatment do a water change. The alk being at 12 is high, but not surprising. You most likely are useing reef crystals or instant ocean.Since they changed ownership their salts have been very incositant as alk is concerned. It[s best to mix the salt up in the bucket by rolling it around on the floor befor useing then test the alk after it's mixed and buffer if needed.I was seeing 20 dkh with fresh mix RC befor switching to another salt .Good luck

Hey MTM-- glad to hear that things are looking up, and that the losses were minimized. I only just read this... not that I would have been much help. GOOD LUCK!!
