What will you be bringing to the Lansing 2012 Michigan Coral Expo and Swap? On January 29, 2012, the Mid-Michigan Marine Club will be holding the largest swap in Michigan and will be joined by the Grand Rapids Marine Aquarium Society to make it even better!

Here is the thread to show what you will be bringing to the swap to trade or sell! If you are looking for that special coral, fish, invertebrate or dry goods, this is the thread to ask if anyone has it!

I'll be bringing a handful of corals... corals you can't find anywhere else.

I'll be setup at Table 38 and I'll be wearing bright green scrubs.

All frags should be roughly 1" or longer. Some of the thicker acros will have frags of 1.5 - 2", easily. I do also have small frags of birdsnest for cheaper.

If there is any interest in acans, I have ~10 colonies growing in a friend's tank right now; sorry no photos, but they are all gorgeous specimens!

Of note, all coral photos were taken with a 20K halide bulb to get the wow factor. I currently run T5 (of non-20K spectrum for continued growth reasons), thus the corals will look different in person, but when placed back under 20K bulbs, LEDs or even T5s that are within the 20K spectrum, the corals will show that colors indicated in my post.

To make pricing easier:
If you spend $110, your total will be $100.
If you spend $220, your total will be $200.
If you spend $330, your total will be $300.
If you spend $440, your total will be $400.
If you spend $55000, your total will be $50000. Yeah, a $5K discount!
... consider it 10% any amount over $100, with increments of $10.

When I say inch, I dont get out my tape measure. Most of my frags that I have are well over 2 or 3 inches. So take inch to mean frag. But if you want a bigger frag order multiple inches.

You wont find acro crabs at pet stores usually but a little birdie told me call preuss because they got the wrong ones i wanted in and had 5 on tuesday!

I am going to downsize my tank so that I can do some more traveling, so I am selling many of my chalices. These chalices are generously cut and most frags have 3-7 or more eyes each! Reserve your frag as I will not be bringing many of them to the swap. The corals will be frags from the mother colonies shown in the pictures below.

MOUNTAIN DEW Brilliant green chalice with streaks and darker rimmed eyes. This is the brightest chalice in my tank.

I will have about 8 zappers avaliable @ $60. I will have rainbow tonga mushrooms and different really sweet acans with mutiple heads on each for a great price. I will also have a bunch of mini-colonies of zoas. I will have a bunch of really sweet corals for a great price. corals will start at $5. stop by table 37 right at the front. I will also have a 12 led light on a heatsync with a meanwell dimmable driver. thanks for looking and see everyone there. :roll_eyes:
