Can anyone help me ID this guy?

When adding some new LR recently and re-aquascaping, I noticed this guy hanging out. I got the best pic under actinic blue lighting to show his bright colors. Can anyone tell what he is?? Thanks :stars:

It is always hard for me to ID a Z/P with pictures, but to give you an idea of what it probably is, I can set you in the right direction. I am thinking either Everlasting Gobstoppers / Goochsters / AOG .. something along those lines. Here are some links to the ones I have mentioned, for you to help figure out what its name is :)
