This looks like a male IMO. It is most likely a bloat from a parasite or feeding. Sorry to be a downer :P

Also, they are egg layers so if it is infact a she and pregnant keep an eye out :)

Some ay they are pelagic spawners, but the most current info I have says that they'll make a depression or "nest: in the substrate.

I missed her at dinner time tonight so I'll check again on her tomorrow-I'm sort of thinking bloat too :(
