Wondering if anyone knows what this fish is? It is about an inch long and swims upside down or vertical in the water column. Orange body with blue stripes, yellow head.

I was told it could be a Tierra goby but can't seem to locate any info for that goby.

Trimma tevegae, Blue striped dwarf goby Trimma tevegae has got to be one of the coolest nano gobies which is readily available (http://reefbuilders.com/2010/09/28/trimma-tevegae-coolest-nano-gobies-readily/)

I'm surprised the article doesn't mention the upside down/vertical swimming...which makes me wonder if this specimen has an issue.
