Well,

I have discovered 2 majano anemones on my GSP's, and a Glass anemone on my Chaeto so I know stuff if getting in the tank that I dont want there. I have NUKED em with Joes Juice.

Now here is a another question for you guys...

I have noticed what looks like the head of a Q-tip in size and color attached to some of the rocks in 3 spots. IT is white, and is shaped like a Q tip and has little hairs opening on the top (micro). What does this sound like to you chronic reef rats out there ?

I'm getting some too. My reef is just about 1year old . I was told that they are sponges.

I would agree, probably sponges. They are completely harmless and sign of an established tank.

its a pineapple sponge, they are common and a good sign of water quality
