fish troubles (ich)

I have three fish in the tank and only one looks like he has sand stuck to him. not acting strange, but the white spots dont wash off when he swims through the current and I have a skunk cleaner in the tank also. any ideas. cant get him out for a dip

Could be ich. Any chance of you providing a picture?

Sounds like ich, garlic usually helps (when combined with food) . I heart low salinity + higher than average temps help get rid of them. Or you could get a medication made for ich.
