After running the 250wXM10k for the past 3 months,I've decided to switch back to the 250w Iwasaki6.5k.Immediately after it fired,I noticed better polyp extension with my SPS.I had ran Iwasakis previously and i forgot how much i missed them.As for the XM,its a very bright white bulb but its a little too harsh for my eyes.

dose the Iwasaki put out as much light as XM
I was running Hamilton and went to XM and that was the first time i got good color out of my SPS
I will never have another Hamilton lamp But iv had good results with

It's about time that saki saw some current again :)
Do you have a recent 'before' pic to compare it to?
