32" 200 watt reef breeders

I'm finally setting up my new 210 gallon tank starting Tuesday and I'm not sure how high above the water I should hang my two 32" 200 watt reef breeder LED'd. Does anyone know? Can any one help?

I keep mine about 7" off the water, higher off the water = more spread less PAR, lower means more PAR, less spread. There is not a rule to follow here.

my reef breeders are 8 inch off the water so pretty much +1 on the above
