I am trying to decided if I want to go to this or the ball game. Right now it looks like there are only 4 tables listed as taken on the MASM site. I think the Tigers are going to win this one.

That is a terrible attitude.
Baseball game over a Frag Swap?
I don't care if I had tickets to the World Series.
I would go to a frag swap instead.
I do not miss frag swaps.
EVER.
This is a brand new one.
If you want more Swaps at this venue we must promote it.
Of course this will not be the Lansing Swap as it is brand new.
But the more people that show up the better it will be and the better the next one will be.
I requested the day off work for this (Like any REAL reefer would). LOL

Yeah, I considered going for half a minute but it isn't looking promising.

Why do you guys post these bad attitudes?
That is just going to get others to feel the same.
New Swaps will start off small but lets make it the best it can be.
Everyone should come.

As a vendor there is a certain amount of risk and labor involved in taking your corals for a car ride. The event needs to be worth it. I don't see much buzz surrounding the event. There has been virtually no promotion which calls the organizing into question. I am all for quality events but it takes more than just saying you are having one.

Ehh.....opening day of trout season.....
I'll be in the north country looking for some browns on streamers I think.
That said, if we were talking about the Lansing, Cranbrook, or A2 swaps, I'd be staying in town.

I agree with Steve. It takes a lot of work to pull something like this together and they don't have to be huge to be nice.
I wished I could come to this one, but had already committed to the INDMAS swap on the same day before this one was announced.
I hope everyone that can make it to the MASM swap has a great time!

I will be attending the swap! I am looking forward to it! My understanding is there are more then four tables currently. Also why do big vendors have to be present to make people want to go? I don't understand.

There was a problem with the site being hacked recently but there are more tables sold. We should have the problem fixed soon. Thanks for your patience. :)

The site was hacked? Was any user data compromised? When is MASM going to put out a statement regarding this incident? I have not been active on the site in a few years, but my personal information is/was stored in the database. Hopefully Chad is able to mitigate the risk of another breach by patching the system, software or database.

As far as I know nothing has been compromised. Someone/thing has been just messing with code. I don't really know the technical details but it has been very annoying to say the least.
Tables can be purchased now. :)
