I have
3 used for 7 months pfo hqi 250 mag. ballasts $75 each
1- 15k xm hqi 250 bulb tested for 2 hours $35
1- Coral (14.5k) giesmann hqi 250 bulb tested for 2 days $60
All things are in perfect working condition. The reason why I am getting rid of the bulbs is I test a whole bunch of different bulbs to see which ones I liked the best. Out of the pheonix which I had before, giesmann 14.5k and 22k, ushio 14k, and reeflux (could get one in that worked :banghead: ) I desided to go with the giesemann 22k. Out all of the bulbs it had the nicest color and out put for that blueish color (Looks more like a 14k). Anyways I have no use for the bulbs that I tested so my loss is your gain. Post if you are interested or email me at: donb001@charter.net

Hey there Don! Wow...I can't believe that I haven't had the chance to say "Welcome Aboard" to you! Great to see you online! Anything good come into the store lately? "Aquarium Superstore. Located in Madison WI" I haven't been in for awhile as I've been busy mopping and cleaning up after the 180g decided it was done for. I'm in the process of establishing the 2nd 45g tank we bought from the store as our main fish tank I can't believe I still have those beauties of mine. It's not going to be an SPS tank like Dave wanted, unless I sell my beautiful Tangs as suggested by my husband. I honestly can't believe he even suggested it. There's also 2 clowns, my lawnmower Blenny and an Engineer Goby and possibly 6 Chromis left out of the 9 that have been holding on beautifully. Those are in the 20G wall tank being treated for a fungus they picked up while the tank continued to deteriorate. The wall tank is looking real good again, and I'm thankful it didn't have anything in it. They were the last fish I got out of the tank, so they had to endure the very worst. I had to leave them in there until I got the wall tank emptied, cleaned & rescaped up and running. All the live rock had to be taken our in order to catch them. They hide very well and are great hiders. Good thing they are isolated in the 20g which is now a QT tank. I hope that the rest of them don't get it too, but I won't hold my breath on that one. You and I were going to do some zoa trading, but I don't have anything left to trade anymore. I had a full 5g bucket of zoas, and lost all of my coral. All our hermits were in there also, and they didn't make it either. A good portion of our serith snails made it. Tougher than the hermits for sure. I worked as fast as humanly possible so I'm a bit burned out at the moment. Someone , too. Let me know if you get anything super cool in the store in, and you can give me first dibs on them! I plan on putting yellow tail damsels in the 20g wall tank and have them all school together. It would look pretty nice like that. I also thought you'd like to have a break from me bothering you about stocking DT's all the time.
Well, now that I completely hijacked your thread, I need to get some sleep. I don't suppose I'll be needing near as much of the DT's you order for me. With all I lost in there, it's not worth getting to much to keep on hand. Honestly, I think I'll stick to my little seahorses. They are so cute, happy, and ultra friendly little ponies around. Now, before I fall asleep cuddling my lappy, I'll say G'night! Take care and see you when I get over the shock of all the losses. :) I guess this is one of the bad points of reefing. Have a blessed Easter! ........Angel :angel2:
