Ok, i need you guys to talk me out of getting out of this cursed hobby. It was a bad "tank" weekend for me and I'm really frustrated and right now I would like nothing better than to rip down both of my 120G tanks. :cryblow:

Someone tell me why that's a bad idea..

You know that would be a bad idea. You would just have to put them back up in a few weeks when you feel better.

It will work out bud

Where there's good, there's bound to be a "hick up" of bad. Get seated back onto that horse big dog... remember how much you love this hobby and the passion involved.

then i guess i'll just tell Eric ... If you tear it down, you'll just put it back up in a few days and it will be an even bigger tank or two. Well that sounds like a good reason to tear down, but you know what im saying. If you get out then the newbies wont have anyone to get the deals for them, or you will be miserable for the rest of your life.

Just think if you actually did tear it down. What ever it was that made this such a bad weekend as far as tanks go will pass. You will soon forget the heartache/pain ****ed off feeling of this one weekend. Everytime you pass the spot of where these tanks sit you will know something is missing. You may go some time thinking about it but you know the call will come again and you will just have to spend more money just to get into keeping smaller tanks and build up to what you have now. Kicking yourself all the while as to why you ever sold off what you had in the first place cuz you won't remember what made you so mad and frusterated. Besides, if it was all so easy you probably wouldn't sit in front of those tanks of yours in wonder and amazement when the good stuff happens and enjoy it all right. Good things come to those who wait it out and just around the corner something big will happen. Hold in and hold strong. It is all worth it. Just remember what drew you in and not what is setting you back.
