Tank Scratches

Our church has a large aqaurium (450gallons). While cleaning it yesterday, I didn't notice that I had a small rock on the pad,and I have scratched the inside of the tank. The tankis a custom built tank of thick plexiglass. Does anyone know how I may remove or at least make the scratches not as noticiable? Thank you.

you can go to like marine depot or Dr. fosters and smith on the internet and they have acrylic kits. but you have to have the surface dry to fill the cracks. so that may present a problem.
