NICE! Congrats, what are some of your plans for it? What are the tank's dimensions?
The dimensions are 48x24x30 I will be drilling tank and putting sump in basement. It will be a mixed reef and making sure rock is pest free on this one
I am going to take my time and buy nice lights and pumps plus a apex also talk to people on here before doing anything

Very nice!! You're going to like having the Apex and you'll like even more having your sump in the basement.

What kind of rock?
I have changed my mind and will buy a new tank for this build looking at a 180g. The 150g has tempered glass on bottom and I don't want anything on the back of the tank. I need to makeup my mind and get it ordered in early march :stupidme:

What's wrong with tempered on the bottom? You planning on drilling it?

You can always have an overflow box in there and instead of drilling the bottom just drill the holes low on the back.
