Email Notifications

Email notifications weren't being sent over the past few days. I've fixed the issue and as such, some of you will probably get several older notifications of replies to threads, pms, etc. We're not trying to bomb your email, its just that the emails are in the queue which is now being processed.

I apologize for the problems but we should be on the right track now.
