I am going to upgrade my return pump on my system, and WAS... thinking about getting a Reeflo. I have a basement sump and wasn't really sure which pump would give me the best performance so I emailed reeflo and asked for some advice. I 5 told them the setupI have and my GPH needs, head height, line diameter, etc. I did get a response via email, asking me why I couldn't change my return line diameters and other questions. ... it was hard to explain via email so I called reeflo to speak with Chris the person that responded to my first email, when the secretary answered the phone she was RUDE as **** right off the bat. I was friendly, and to her why I was calling and she acted like I was asking for top secret information or something, wouldn't transfer me to Chris and basically told me to screw off. I sent another email to Chris and told him about the woman's rude/ unprofessional behavior and haven't heard back from him since. If there pumps are as bad as their customer service I don't even want one. That's not a good way to sell a pump that's almost 500 bucks, so now I'm looking at other brands.

That's sad to hear their customer support is like that. Have you looked into a DC pump like the diablo or Waveline? I have a Diablo dc10500 now and it does a good job pushing to the first floor. That being said it did die at 9 months and I had to get ahold of coralvue to replace it. They were really nice, the only problem was it was on backorder and I had to wait 2 weeks (luckily I have a backup). My first pump ran at 85 watts at the second to highest settings. Either it was bad or they made changes because the new one runs at 67 watts, quieter too. I think that my next pump will be the waveline dc12000. It runs at 150 watts(19 foot water height, 6 speeds and under $300).

I've had good experiences with the customer service, but the BlowHole series of pumps, including the Triton are AWFUL! They rust after only weeks in service, I went through 4 of them in 2 years. I'll never buy another...
