Monti Caps

If I were to use some CA to attach a monti cap to my back wall (glass), would it overgrow the glue? Would it grow onto the glass? I was just thinking it would look like a mag shelf attachment but without the shelf itself.

Anyone ever tried this?

Yes, it will overgrow the glue. As for the glass, yup, it will grow up that too. Just about any stoney will, I have had several do just that.

Agreed. It should grow fine onto the glass. From my experience stony corals don't adhere to the glass as well as to LR. So, once it gets big it may fall off.
