dropped in?

What could be the repercussions of not being able to find a dropped razor blade in our tank? any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!

Get it out..... there are some great magnets on "rods" that work great for such purposes commonly called part pickups.

well the problem is that I am not sure it dropped in and I can't see it in there but I have been thinking a magnet might be the best option....thanks!
