It came ... it went.... I think it came and went a couple more times.... didn't treat it. What kind of corals do you have in there?

mostly SPS and LPS's with some shrooms, zoos, and 1 HUGE toadstool leather. HMMMM, wonder what Kelly will say it is ?! looks kinda like a fungus.

I should have elaborated. There was also a streak up the eye and over the eyeball itself. The eye never healed.... well it healed but scarred and blinded him. Would fungus come and go? I'm not sure if it came once or twice more. You can't see any raw tissue, right? I had a friend where the white spot also had redness. His mandarin died.... I'll go get that pic for ya.

i did not SEE any redness, but i hardly ever get to see the manderin until lately. he just hunts in the 350+ lbs of LR all day long !!

could it be some mucus buildup? mandarins do have a thick slime coat...is it eating?

it is always eating ... pods and frozen mysis. actually about anything i put in the tank.
