Return Chamber Flow?

Noticed the water in the return chamber is very still. Oily substance on the waters surface. Aside from adding a small power head, is there anything I need to do?

Lower the water level a bit in that chamber, when the water comes over the top of your last baffle it should create a nice ripple at that surface. Or, get a bigger return pump and move more water through there. :p
