Hello, I have brissle worms in my reef tank and would like to the easy way to get rid of them? I also would like to know if they will kill fish, because had several fish come up missning?                       Thanks

Depending on the worm usually their harmless.  They will only eat your fish if you fish has died, and is at the bottom of the tank.  Their a great deritus eater, and you should keep them as long as you do not have a bad species.

agreed !! why would you want to get rid of them ?? unless they are over 6-8" long i would leave them in there.

Hey guys, brissle worms are all orange and typically come out only night? Sorta like a centipede right?

sounds like the good kind, but they would be easier to id with a pic.

a bristleworm is one of the most beneficial scavengers you can have in yoru tank.  they do not actively hunt out prey,  they are blind and hunt by smell only.  I have them over 8 inches long in my tank and no ill effects.

i agree with the above people aboutthemn being a good thing however if ya dont want them ship them to me

my peppermint shrimp ate all mine if you still want to get rid of them you could try that.
