Hey I can't get a pic of him because my camera sucks but he looks like the typical flatworm but you can see a red dot in the middle that I am assuming is his digestive track.
Does anyone have a link to many flatworm pics so I can try and figure out what kind it is? So far I have only seen 3 but I know that they can multiply quickly and would like to catch this before it gets bad as of right now they are only in my refugium and I have hermits and snails down there as well.

i found a pic from melevs site http://www.melevsreef.com/id/tbs/clear_flatworm_tb.jpg that looks almost exactly like the ones in my fuge but i would like some more info on it if possible.

did you happen to order pods from Florida pets? I ordered from them and there were flat worms in there.

Do they look like this?? Thankfully mine are only in the 20g pod tank. It is independant of everything else. I didn't want to add them to the main tanks for fear that they were the "bad" ones.
