So I wanted to enter the 10G contest and since I didn't want to BUY a 10G tank, I decided to take one down that was running pretty much empty with freshwater decorations in it but neglected saltwater. There's a handful of snails in there that are recent additions.

Another one of my algae tanks... :)

I've had this all-in-one cube tank sitting around collecting dust, so I drained the 10G and put this in it's place. The light looks kinda dumb above it, but you can't beat the cost. ;)

I think it's around 5 or 6 gallons. It's 11" square. Right now I just have some filter material in the back, but I'll probably replace that with some chaeto and some rubble. I also want to put an ATO on it if I'm serious about keeping it running. We'll see, it may go back into the garage if I get the 10G tank into the contest. :)

I went through a phase where I was going to set up one of those all in one tanks, but I never pulled the trigger. They've come a long way compared to when just the JBJ nano cube was out. What are your stocking plans if you decide to keep it?

I put some spare live rock that I had in a bucket into the tank. It's hard to make a tank so small look decent. lol

Agreed looks really cool, awsome for my desktop at work (if my desk was bigger) :)

Speaking about all-in-one systems, I have been looking at the Red Sea nano cube system that includes a skimmer, lighting, bio and mechanical filtration. Has anyone out there heard of, or experienced, any issues with this tank? It seems like a wonderful idea, but I think it may be difficult to fix if its parts break down.

I've heard that Euro-reef is coming out with a nano tank very soon. I like this tank, it looks cute. I'd add more sand to get it up to 1" worth.
