I have never had them but have heard that they can reach plage quantities. I would try to remove them if you can.

I don't see greenish ones bud, only the brownish red ones are flatworms from what i can see.

i cant remember the name of that specific type but it is the kind that will not harm corals by eating them. but they can reach plague amounts and cover corals etc and shade them or smother them to death. Here are the animals that I personally have seen eat them.

Six Line Wrasse
Blue Velvet Nudibranch (exclusively eats flatworms but will die after they are gone)
Spotted Mandarin
Scooter Blenny

They do a good job, are second most likely to eat the worms, but won't die when they are gone like the nudi which would be even more likely to eat them.

Yeah if he for some reason doesn't eat them get the nudi, but why buy a fish/invert that is going to run out of food and die if you don't have to??

agreed

as for the flame scallops, i would only get 1 to start out because they feed heavily and some people have a hard time keeping them. i have had mine for almost a year now and consider myself lucky. do not get a coral banded shrimp if you get a flame scallop though as they will pick at or kill the flame scallop.

I have never had a scallop but have read that feeding DT's reef blend will increase your chances quite a bit.
