looks kind of like a peanut worm but I have never seen one that light in color.

I think it's a sponge. I have them in my seahorse tank.

It's a spaghetti aka. medusa worm. They are detrivores and are completely safe and desirable.

I guess they are not sponges, lol. I have quite a few of them on the back of one of my rocks.

I have a ton of them. The only really problem I ever have with them is sometimes the irritate the zoas.
