bulkhead flow rate?

Anyone know the maximum flow rate for a 1" bulkhead,gotta order a pump tommorow and need to match it up to the plumbing,I should have around 4' head pressure,any recommendations for pumps?

1200-1800 gph if your overflow will keep up... Little Giants, Blue Line and Iwaki are all good, IMO.

1200GPH,cool,looks like i'm probably gonna go with a MAG 12 then(dont wanna do the external thing),overflow should keep up if not i'll throttle it back a bit.

Dave, is that what you are going to try to pull through the weir box?

no,this is gonna be for my high-flow 40 breeder.The weir is gonna be for my LPS tank and i'm only looking for about 700GPH

Whew...... okay I was gonna say there's no way a box that small could handle it. At least not without drawing a ton of air from the tank.
