Image resizer

Hi, I'm having problems with the Image resizer.When I click it an ad for financial freedom shows up instead:WHY:

While it is not an answer on your question, but there is another option: freeware image editors, like IrfanView, that I'm using. Menu Image -> resize -> set required size -> OK. Done.
