View Full Version : Flow & Plumbing Taking Apart Lock-Line
What is the best/easiest way to take apart lock line? I always have a heck of a time taking it a part and half the time end up breaking it.

Unfortunately I don't have a link for you, but they do sell Lock-line pliers for both separating and attaching the line, best I can give right now is try a google search.
I've seen the pliers: I thought they only helped snap them together. Guess I'll have to find a place that sells them.
I wonder if petsmart of petland up on Mack on 9 Mile sells them?

They may, might want to look at an on-line description but I'm pretty sure they take the line apart as well. I always just rotated until it snapped apart, pressing the stem on one against the socket of the one before it.

Call Lou's and ask. If they have 'em and you can't get up there before they close, holler at me. They are a block from my house. I think they are open til 6 or 7p tonight.
