Is there a difference in readings from day to night? Like would calcium be higher during the day compared to night?

I don't believe that calcium should be fluctuating in a diurnal fashion like that.

pH often does fluctuate between night and day based on lighting, plant growth and CO2 content in the room and seasonal changes.
