Our's is about ready for a change as well I think... starting to loose that nice green color and turning browish... still testing out at 0-1ppm TDS, but I'd venture to say we've easily pulled well over 2000 gallons from her so far. Gotta check with the folks I purchased it from and see what they were chargeing for a recharge pack.... maybe we can get a deal on it as I'm pretty sure at least the three of us thus far are using the same unit.

I've always purchased my DI resin from inreef.com,they sell it in bulk and are generally alot cheaper than most online vendors.I also need to order some as well as some carbon/sediment filters.

Put the new stuff in last night... did the trick!!! All is back to great. In the di housings that can use the resin, it only takes about 6 oz of the resi so for $18, I got 3 refills.

The resin started out pretty much greenish in color, did yours start changing color when you noticed it was loosing its effectiveness? Ours is about 1/2 brown now, but still reading 0 ppm on the output. But three refills for $18, thats tough to beat!

The resin i get from inreef turns orange when it starts to expire.Just checked the prices,$10 a liter which is about 30oz. My old resin is 95% exhausted but i'm still getting 1ppm on the TDS.Need to place an order there, they give discounts when purchasing more than 5 liters.
