Looks like lower wattage LED. Not sure if it would have penetration. Hopefully Evil will chime in.

I dont know kinda says same output as a 250w MH. I would like to see/hear more about it. Like what kind of leds are used. Maybe see a meter reading. Price is nice.

I would think that 1 watt LED are not going to get the job done. Price is nice.

Link doesn't work any longer.

Just my thoughts: The original sunbrite bulbs used 90 lower-watt LEDs per foot to get their PAR. So, unless this company is really packing a lot of LEDs in, it's not going to be robust enough.

Well, MAYBE they get the PAR if they run them beyond their normal current ratings, but then the LEDs will have a short usable life span.

I can't see any details online at all about this system. Seems odd. Anybody have a quick recap as to what was in it?

I was just gonna say the link does not work any more.

If it is the ReefBrite system, Im gonna buy one eventually. Said to have double the PAR of ATI Blue +, if it the LED just like the RB with aluminum hinges. Looks like it has very poor craftsmanship. Isn't even hard wired or have water proof protection at the insert. But it does have interchangeable optics.

The page is back up now. Could be interesting, but I'd like to see some more details about certain features, and I will! I will be at Reefstock with Nanocustoms showing off some goodies. I'll give it a good once over. The description states that it's built off of existong products, like the 40W panel that is seen on ebay a lot. Should be interesting if the lens angle is changed.

Any idea what is used as far as what kind and how many watts the LEDs are?

Man after getting the bulb from you I really want to go LED on my 75. I am really having a hard time finding a good T5 bulb combo.

I have seen this one in person, nothing wrong with it other than its a 1 white to 1 blue ratio and its not controllable at all.

Looks all together to white for me. My buddy Gonzo has one for shows and he puts tape over half of the white LED's.

I know they are a little expensive but AI's are still the coolest in my book.
