Mr Pro,
I have an Ice Cap 430 that has recently burned out three bulbs in a month. Two were burned out one channel and one on the other . Is there an adjustment so they are not being over driven or is there something that I can do to prevent this from happening again. At $25 + a bulb it is getting old real fast.lol Thanks Mr.Pro

You cannot dim the lamps when running T5's. But, I would recommend you use high-quality T5 lamps that are made in America or Germany.

I have blown another tonight. They were two geismann and two ati in total. I do not know what is going on. Just halides for me until I figure this problem out!

Something has to be wrong with that ballast. I run a 660 and a 430 All ati bulbs no issues at all. Other then the fact that colors on overdriven bulbs dont look the same as not overdriven. They all go way too white.
Is there any damage to the bulb? Other then being burned out.
