New idea for SW tank setup

What do you guys think about this plan? I'm looking for a short profile to fit under my breakfast bar. I was thinking of a Rubbermaid sump with some sound proofing in the sump area to cut down on the small amount of noise.

Here is a plan with the dimensions I'm thinking about going with. Tell me what you guys and gals think. The tank is acrylic and has a flip up lid. There should be enough room under the counter top to allow me to open the hood all the way up without hitting.
