Alright this was my first shot at using Google sketch up... took a while but this kinda gives you an idea what im after.
these colors relate to the picture
Blue = 2x4's
Green = 4x4's just cause i already have the wood
Red in left corner = Not using a 4x4 here because of the corner overflow so 2 x4's are used here a little away from the corner
Purple = more support which are 2 x 4's
Total stand i think is going to be 30"' tall

I would not use the 4X4 inside. The inside verticals are only for a nail strip. use 2X2 or 2X4's. They are cheap and the 4X4 is going to limit you (you're taking 8" off the inside of the stand. our 90's are already limited in the size of the sump due to the 18" OD on them.
If you can, make the stand a tad bigger than the tank (6" or so. 3" to the front, and 3" to the back). It will open up a world of new sumps to you. With my current stand, I am limited to a 17" tall and 12" wide sump.
If I had it to do over again, I'd have built my own stand with no center brace, and I'd have made it 24" wide, and 52" long, while setting it at 32" tall. It would just make SO much more room under the tank for reactors, Sump, plumbing, and electronics.
