Well i've been thinking about turning some old plexi that i have into some frag racks, and using magnets but since the last time i used magnets i want to prevent and metals from leeching into the water like what happened to me last time which caused an intense outbreak of Dino's.

so i wanna coat the wet side magnet in plasti dip. I wanna no what opinions people have on using this in the reef, if you think it would leech anything

I'm not sure about that stuff, so personally I wouldn't use it. You can buy Neodymium magnets that are epoxy coated off ebay for about the same price. You can get slightly bigger ones if you wanted, but here is a link:
